Tracey joined the Urban Economics team in 2006, and is employed on a part-time basis as a Senior Research Analyst, with specialist skills in market research including questionnaire design, analysis and insights. On-line designs are a specialty. Tracey holds qualifications in International Business including studies in Economics completed in Japan. Tracey has a keen interest in demographic analysis and profiling, and has undertaken a number of residential and retail analyses including experience in the retirement sector, affordable housing and residential planning strategies.

Joshua Binkley - Research Analyst

After a successful work placement program, Josh commenced with Urban Economics in July 2010 part-time as a Research Assistant while completing his studies at Griffith University. Since, Josh has been promoted to Research Analyst after completing his tertiary qualifications , currently holding a Bachelor of Business - majoring in Real Estate & Property Development. Josh is looking to continue his professional development and undertake post-graduate study in Urban Planning.
