Jon is a Director and Principal of the economic and market research consultancy firm, Urban Economics. Jon had previously spent ten years with a similar firm, Plant Location International (PLI), in the positions of Queensland Manager and Director.
Kerrianne Bonwick - Managing Director
Kerrianne is Managing Director and Principal of Urban Economics. Kerrianne has 17 years experience in consulting to the property sector, and has specialised in the provision of consulting advice to the retail, residential, retirement, office space and industrial sectors.
Anthony Meulman - Senior Consultant
Anthony is a Senior Consultant with Urban Economics, commencing in 2001 as a Research Analyst and subsequently promoted to Senior Research Analyst, Consultant and Senior Consultant.
Hannah Seymour - Consultant
Hannah joined Urban Economics in 2005 as a Research Analyst and has subsequently been promoted to Senior Research Analyst and then to her current position as Consultant.
Louisa Davies - Consultant
After graduating in early 2006 from the University of Waikato in New Zealand, Louisa joined Urban Economics as a Research Analyst. She has since been promoted to Senior Research Analyst and then to her current position as Consultant.
Catherine Hall - Consultant
Catherine joined the Urban Economics team in 2009 following her attainment of a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland. Catherine has recently been promoted from her role as Senior Research Analyst to Consultant.
David Cramb - Senior Research Analyst
David graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Business Economics in 2008 and joined the Urban Economics Team in February 2008. Dave was recently promotedto the role of Senior Research Analyst.
Mark Case - Research Analyst
Mark graduated from the University of Queensland in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in HR and Industrial Relations, and a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Corporate Finance and International Trade. Commencing with Urban Economics in early 2010, Mark’s passion for the built environment has seen him continue his studies with a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning.
Kasey Stanfield - Research Analyst
Kasey graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Economics in 2008 with a double major in International Business. Joining the Urban Economics Team in December 2009 Kasey continues to further her studies working towards obtaining her Masters of Applied Law at the University of Queensland.
Ruth Dutton - Administration Manager
Ruth Dutton joined Urban Economics in 2007 as the Administration Manager.
Tracey Fletcher - PA to the Directors
Tracey Fletcher became part of the Urban Economics team in 2006, working part-time as an Administrative Assistant and is now Personal Assistant to the Directors.
