Kerrianne is Managing Director and Principal of Urban Economics.  Kerrianne has 17 years experience in consulting to the property sector, and has specialised in the provision of consulting advice to the retail, residential, retirement, office space and industrial sectors.

Tracey became part of the Urban Economics team in 2006, working part-time as an Administrative Assistant and  subsequently as Personal Assistant to the Directors. With a keen interest in research and analysis supported by her qualifications in International Business, Tracey was promoted to the role of Research Analyst commencing July 2010 and  Senior Research Analyst in January 2012.

Since joining the Urban Economics family as a Research Assistant in 2010 and progressing to become a Research Analyst following the completion of his formal qualifications, Josh has enjoyed working on a broad range of projects. He has taken a keen interest in areas that influence how communities live, work and play in the urban environment.
